Shipping Policy

 

We ship from Florida to addresses within the United States.

 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery address. Any free-shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.

 

Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

Address accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Lost or damaged packages: If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, or if it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

 

International shipping: At this time we only ship within the United States.
